Withdraw contract

All products are manufactured to order and are therefore exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal for change-of-mind returns (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB / Art. 16(c) EU Directive 2011/83). Returns are of course accepted if the product arrives damaged or faulty. In that case please send an email to service@feinstoff.shop and provide your order number and include fotos of the damaged/faulty/goods.
